Is there any discount for children?
Yes, there is. Children up to age 3 stay free of charge, ages 3-6 50% discount, ages 6-15 20% discount .
Is breakfast included?
All apartments have a kitchen. There are 2 corner shops, a fruit shop, a bakery and a flower shop just a few steps away. In addition there are several good restaurants very close to the apartments. Please ask for more information on arrival.
Are the apartments safe?
Yes, they are. Safety is one of our priorities. We also have a safe in each of the apartments for your valuables and documents.
Where can I park my car?
We offer you a secure parking space at the courtyard of the building street Bilkova 18.
What is included in the price?
You pay one flat rate, no extras for electricity etc. All linen and towels are provided by us.
Are there towels and bed linen in the apartments?
We provide with towels and bed linen for the number of guests the reservation was made for.
Is there a telephone in the apartment?
There is in some apartments (no. 2a, 2b and for long term apartment). Just ask for it at the time of reservation. In addition we can provide you with a connection to the internet in some aparments, if you need it. We can also provide you with a local cell phone (at cost price i.e. pay for what you use)
What is the equipment of the kitchen?
All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, refrigerator and sink. Other pieces of equipment (oven, dishwasher...) are listed in each apartment description.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes,upon agreement.
Are there any extra charges?For example a late check-in charge?
After 8 P.M. we charge 30 Euros extra.
What all you can arrange for us and what is the price?
Housekeeping is included in the price.

We charge deposit when groups booking
Do guest have to pay a deposit in advance?If so,how should it be paid
Yes we charge 30% in advance via PayPal and the rest 70% we charge in cash. WE DONT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD.
