1. Booking Procedure

After you submitt your booking request we will immediately check the availability of the apartment. If the apartment is available, you will receive an e-mail notification (within 24 hours). You will be emailed a voucher which serves as a guarantee of your reservation. This voucher should be printed (or please take note of the details of the voucher) and shown to us at the time of your arrival.

2. Payment Conditions

You will be required to pay for the accommodation when you arrive in cash (CZK or Euro). Rates are stated in EUROS and are fixed, include any taxes and fees and are fixed. There is no extra charge for our service. Prices in foreign currencies may slightly change depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your payment. The taxi fee is always paid in cash to the driver.

3. Other rights and obligations of client

The client is obliged
Client should respect our neighbours. Parties are not allowed and the same applies to loud music. Quiet hours: Monday - Friday 10 PM to 9 AM
Saturday - Sunday 12 PM to 10 AM
Client has to act according with conditions of Prestige Apartments.
The client must pay for damages that he causes to Prestige Apartments.

4. Security

Prestige Apartments collects personal data to maintain and process your booking. This information may be disclosed only to the accommodation provider. We may use the postal and email address provided by you to contact you and send you necessary information related to the services and products requested. We will not release your information to a third parties without your consent, and only purpose is unrelated to the services you have requested.
